How to add a 365 connector for a Toshiba Photocopier. Log in to microsoft Exchange Admin center, go to connectors, then add a connector

Select Your organisation’s email server

Input a name like Office Photocopier

Select the first option and input your domain

Disable security defaults (You can add them back with policies if required)
Go to https://portal.azure.com
Search for Entra ID

Scroll to the bottom and click on Manage Security defaults

Click on properties, then disable security defaults, check my organisation is unable to use apps/devices then click save.

Log on to Toshiba Photocopier admin SMTP and enter these settings with your email and password. Go to email add your email address and goto SMTP client and add these details.

Lines on the scans
If you have lines running horizontally or vertically and there are no lines when you print, you may need to clean the glass as shown in the video. Just use a damp cloth.
We are currently changing to a new print management software and moving away from Printanista. You should have received an email from Jenny with your agent installation link and code. (If you can’t find this, please contact the office and ask for it to be resent.)
We ask that you complete this as soon as possible. Receiving this email means the agent is not currently installed or visible on our system. (If you have tried to install this previously, please see the error checking section below and retrace the steps for a possible cause.)
Ideally, this should be completed within the next 7 days so we can move to the new billing software quickly. Below are clear instructions and things to try if you have had issues before.
Please use the following instructions to install the agent on your computer.
As before, this software is used only to monitor printing devices for ink, toner, meter readings, etc. If this is not completed, it will affect consumable deliveries and billing.
If this is a concern, your administrator can request the V3 settings and login information for increased encryption and security.
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: If you are installing on a Mac or Linux machine, please email back and request this version of the software.
It is best to run this program on a server or a Windows machine that is most frequently powered on.
- Save the agent installer to a suitable location.
- Find the agent installer file.
- Right-click the file and select Run as Administrator. This will give the agent full administrative permissions.
- Click the Next button through the install wizard and enter the Agent Activation Key. (Use the Agent Installation Key unless you are running this from home.)
- Continue clicking Next until the installation is complete, then run the tool.
- Once complete, click to Test the Server Connection. This uses port 161 on the firewall (this must be allowed if blocked, and ping functionality must be available).
From the test tool, use the Test Scan Settings button to run a scan and see which devices are detected.
Once you are happy, click the Save Settings button. (If this button is greyed out, it means the settings are already saved.)
When exiting, you will be asked whether to start services. Select Yes, even if devices are not immediately detected. In some cases, the service will still function correctly after this stage.
Error Checking
The software should automatically detect your IP address range. If this is incorrect:
- Change it manually (preferred option), or
- Add additional ranges if you have VLANs, or
- Add individual IP addresses for the machines (note: you will need to update these if devices change).
You can also email us the IP addresses and we can add them for you.
There should be two services running. If either service is stopped:
- Open Task Manager as an administrator.
- Right-click each service and select Run.
Please email us as soon as these steps are complete so we can confirm the software is installed correctly or advise on the next steps if there is an issue.
