Excellent Lockdown Alarm Install

I reached out to Camelott with hopes that they could Install a Lockdown Alarm System at our School. I mentioned that getting to our site with all of the materials could be a challenge, as our site is based on the Isles of Scilly. John, and the rest of the Camelott team were very accommodating in getting this Install over the line.

From the moment the Camelott Team arrived on our site to Install the System, they were very professional, informative and respectful.

The Lockdown Alarm was operational within several hours, and Jason walked me around the site to make sure I was happy with the sound coverage. We noted that perhaps there was an area of less than ideal coverage, thankfully the guys had brought over and installed an additional sounder.

Tom then talked me through everything that I needed to know about the software side of the system, where he explained how to access each individual sounder and how to run tests remotely. This was a very straightforward and easy to grasp explanation.

We had struggled to adapt our fire alarm system to adequately provide an emergency alarm associated with lockdown and, I presume like many other schools/Academies had resorted to a specified number of rings to signify lockdown using our fire alarm bells, this was confusing for staff and children alike.
